Before purchasing a remote support session please contact our support team so that we can diagnose your problem and also confirm that remote support is the best option for you. The minimum cost of a remote support session is 1 hour. Remote support is a far cheaper option than OnSite Support with a massive 40% discount on our normal OnSite rates costing you just £24+VAT / hr. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, an onsite call can be arranged or the PC can be brought to our workshop by the customer.

Our remote solution has proved to be one of our most popular facilities saving both time and money as we can often provide a solution without the need for an onsite visit. Our Web-based remote support covers PCs and Macs with fast connectivity using 256 SSL encryption, and auto uninstalls itself after support for enhanced security.
